TuneCable provides free trial versions of all products for downloading directly from our website. Before you purchase the full versions of TuneCable, please download these programs to test whether they are compatible with your computer systems and meet your needs of conversion.
Once the order is done, the sale cannot be cancelled. However, there are also some exceptions for special cases. In order to make it clear to you, we've listed TuneCable refund policy as below:
We do not accept the refund requests or products exchange in these cases:
- A refund request is not acceptable due to misunderstanding or lack of understanding of the product's functions and capabilities before purchasing. However, we can exchange the purchased product for the correct product from our website.
- You failed to receive the registration code for the product, and neither tried our "Registration Code Retrieval" wizard nor asked for assistance from our support team.
- You purchased the so-called "wrong" product, and you purchased the "right" product from other companies.
- You requested a refund but the order has already exceeded the guarantee days.
- You request a refund due to price differences among different brands or regions.
- You changed your mind after placing a payment.
- You request a refund because you discontinue the subscription for Spotify or Apple Music.
- You requested a refund for technical issues, but never asked for any assistance from our support team with any detailed descriptions of the problem or refuse to cooperate with the support team to solve the problem.
- The order was automatically renewed but you ask for a refund after the 5-day refund period.
Details on refund period:
1. We offer a refund within 30 Days of your purchase for TuneCable Lifetime License.
2. We offer a refund within 5 Days of your purchase for TuneCable subscription-based plan (1-Month & 12-Month)
We accept refunds in these cases:
- You paid twice for the same product accidentally. We can refund the duplicated purchase to you during the refund period.
- You purchased a wrong product from TuneCable, and then purchased the right product from TuneCable within the refund period days. We can refund you for the wrong product.
- You never received the registration code within 12 hours but got no response from our support team within 24 hours after asking us.
- If you've disabled the auto-renewal before the renewal date but your subscription has been still automatically renewed, please send us the screenshots of the cancellation for a full refund.
- TuneCable has fatal technical problems that our technical support team can't provide a fix in a short time. In this case, we will refund the purchase price if the customer doesn't want to wait for the solution or future updates.
Your refund will be processed within 1 to 7 business days according to different payment methods.
Once the order refund is done, your license will be disabled, please uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
